Flood and River Erosion Management Agency of Assam (FREMAA) is inviting applications for the recruitment of 2 Procurement Associate Vacancies on a contractual basis. Interested and eligible candidates may apply here.
Recruitment Details:
Name of the Post: Procurement Associate
Number of Posts: 2 (One for the World Bank-aided AIRBMP and the other for the ADB-aided CRBIFRERMP project)
Contract Period: Initially for one year, with a possibility of renewal based on performance as per FREMAA’s HR policy.
Age Limit: Candidates should not be above 45 years as of 01/01/2023.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a first-class B.E./B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or a Master’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant subjects like Economics/Accounting/Finance. Candidates with advanced academic/professional qualifications in procurement will be preferred.
General Experience: A minimum of 1 year of general experience in Public Procurement and/or project management of large infrastructural projects is preferable.
Specific Experience: Experience in procurements following ADB/World Bank or other Multilateral Development Banks’ Procurement Guidelines will be given preference.
Remuneration: The monthly remuneration will range from Rs 50,000/- to Rs 60,000/- (inclusive of local taxes) and will be determined during negotiations. TA/DA and other allowances will be provided as per FREMAA norms.
