Selection Process of OIL India Nursing Admission:
The selection process for OIL India Nursing Admission consists of the following phases:
1. Written Test: Eligible candidates will have to appear for a written test. The pass mark for the written test is 45% for General candidates and 40% for SC/ST/O.B.C./M.O.B.C/PWD candidates. The entrance test will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and will cover subjects from the Class X course, including General knowledge, General Awareness, Popular Science (25 marks), General English (25 marks), General Mathematics (25 marks), and General Science (25 marks). The duration of the test will be 2 hours, and the total marks will be 100. The questions will be in English. Candidates who qualify in the written test will be considered for selection on a provisional basis based on merit in the written test.
2. Document Verification: Provisionally selected candidates will have to appear before a Board for original document verification and medical examination.
3. Training Period: Selected candidates for admission will be required to undergo one year of compulsory post-qualification practical training following the completion of the GNM Course in company-managed health and medical units. They must complete their full training period, including one year of compulsory practical training. Otherwise, they will be required to refund the cost incurred on them during the course if they discontinue their course/training on their own.
